S&L: Shredders and Lies

A White Collar Crime Evidence Destruction RPG that’s also about Work/Life balance.

It’s the Savings & Loan Crisis (1986--1995), and the company you work for is getting audited. Your boss calls you into their office and tells you it’s all true, every word of the accusation. You’re just low-level scum, but the big suit promises it’ll be worth your while to get rid of some documents while the bigwigs are talking to the DA, AG, et al.

Remember, white collar criminals are the BBEG IRL.

Job Description

There are all sorts of things you could do to further the mission of the company. On a regular workday, you did other things. Now, in a moment of crisis, you’ve really stepped up. You’re pulling files, shredding documents, disposing of scraps, distracting auditors, sneaking bigwigs out of the building, and maybe even pocketing a few things for yourself. Remember, the place is crawling with auditors, so you’re constantly at risk of discovery.

And other responsibilities as needed.
